What does dual size mean?

Garments that have an oversized fit and can be worn by multiple body sizes easily, for example, an S/ M or L/XL.

Does your size run larger?

Most of our styles have a relaxed and easy fit. Because of the nature of such styles, you might find yourself easily slipping into a size smaller than your usual size; this is pretty common. But we always recommend sticking to your usual size as this will ensure the garments fall the way they are supposed to.

Why am I not able to make the payment?

Exchange & Returns

Can you exchange my order for another size?

We suggest our customers to properly go through the size guide before placing an order. But if you are not satisfied with the fit, Yes, we can exchange your order with another size, depending upon the availability of that particular size in our inventory. However, in this situation, the delivery cost of sending the garment back to us shall be borne by the customer. Please notify us within 3 days after the delivery to initiate an exchange.
